The Academy of Technology and Liberal Arts & Sciences (ATLAS) is an interdisciplinary programme for top students, integrating social and technical perspectives into a new engineering approach.
ATLAS is for students with a broad interest, ambition and pioneering spirit. As an ATLAS trailblazer you are driven by technology, but also socially engaged. You will acquire a solid foundation in both engineering and social science concepts, but will also develop your creativity, flexibility, leadership and communication skills to become an academic all-rounder.
The fully English taught BSc programme is structured thematically around real-world global issues. You will develop original solutions and learn how to turn them into real changes that make the world a better place. Part of your curriculum is a ‘personal pursuit’ that focuses on developing your personal interest: music, sports, a second language, development work or attending an international summer school.
